Your hosts Lynn & Peter Hartman own and operate the Herb Farm with 4 operating greenhouses, herb & gift shop, and delightful, relaxing flower & herb gardens. Set on 23 acres this reproduction colonial home was rebuilt after a fire destroyed the original home in 1989. The 'Great Room' is a private living/dining room where our guests can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or a nice warm fire on a cold fall/winter evening. Also available is a post & beam dining room with an additional garden room for weddings, meetings, showers, parties, etc. seating is available for 150 people. Hiking, biking, x-country skiing trails are near by.

Open all year; 4 Rooms, 2 w/ private bath and 2 with semi-private bath. Communal or individual dining; Dinner is available w/ prior arrangement, at an additional cost. Children are welcome when under supervision at all times.

Our rates are:
$95.00 per night double occupancy (2 people) with complimentary full breakfast plus room tax.
$95.00 per night single occupancy (1 person) with complimentary full breakfast plus room tax.

Visa, MC, AmEx, traveler's checks , checks, & cash. Cancellations are due 14 days prior to your stay or you will be charged 1/2 of a one night room rental.

Hartman's is a licensed Beer & Wine facility any special requests can be made for Beer or Wine when guests make a reservation.
Massachusetts State Law does not permit any beverages to be brought to or removed from the premises by patrons or their guests. All beer & wine must be supplied by Hartman's Herb Farm. All guests or attendees consuming alcoholic beverages must be of legal Massachusetts drinking age. We strictly control the premises to insure compliance with state laws & regulations. Please be advised we will remove any coolers, bottles and such found anywhere on the property, including in bedrooms. Any guests found bringing alcohol onto the premises will be asked to leave as required by state law.
